b. User Responsibilities: Users are responsible for ensuring their use of the Services is in line with these Terms and any applicable laws and regulations.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Scopeducation LLC website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and course material, is owned by Scopeducation LLC or its contributors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

4. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, users agree to first contact Scopeducation LLC at admin@scopemeded.com to seek a resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be resolved by arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

5. Limitation of Liability

Scopeducation LLC strives to provide up-to-date and accurate medical education but does not guarantee the reliability or accuracy of the information provided. Users are advised to follow current medical guidelines and protocols. Scopeducation LLC is not liable for any actions taken by users based on the information provided through the Services.

6. Modification of Terms

Scopeducation LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users are encouraged to review the Terms periodically for changes.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

Scopeducation LLC Refund Policy

Effective Date: 11/15/2023

1. Introduction

This Refund Policy (“Policy”) sets forth the terms under which refunds are processed for physical and virtual products sold by Scopeducation LLC (“Company”). By purchasing from the Company, customers (“You”) agree to be bound by the terms of this Policy.

2. Refunds for Physical Products

a. Eligibility for Refund: Customers are entitled to request a refund for physical products if a defect is identified. Such requests must be made within 7 calendar days from the date of receipt.

b. Condition for Return: Eligibility for refunds is contingent upon the product being returned in its specific, original condition. The Company reserves the right to refuse a refund if these conditions are not met.

c. Return Shipping: The Company will bear all costs associated with the return shipping of eligible products.

d. Processing of Refunds: Upon receipt and verification of the returned item’s condition, the Company will process the refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

e. Exchange Option: Customers may request an exchange of the defective product by contacting admin@scopemeded.com.

f. Sale Items: Products purchased on sale are eligible for refunds under the same conditions as regularly priced items.

3. Refunds for Virtual Products

a. General Policy: Sales of virtual products, including but not limited to online courses, are generally considered final. The Company does not offer refunds for virtual products as a standard policy.

b. Special Circumstances: Notwithstanding the above, the Company may, at its sole discretion, consider refund requests for virtual products under special circumstances. Such considerations will be made on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.

4. Requesting Refunds

Refund requests for physical products must be submitted via email to admin@scopemeded.com, including the order number and a detailed explanation of the reason for the refund request.

5. Modifications to Policy

The Company reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time without prior notice. Customers are advised to review the Policy periodically for any changes.
